A qualified buyer may receive a free anonymous supplier search and shortlist for one defined product requirement, with up to three supplier matches and one clarification round.
Free anonymous shortlist
Where available, the shortlist may show price or price range, MOQ, lead time, capability and assessed risks. Supplier identity is withheld until you select Supplier Access or appoint SIG for end-to-end handling. The shortlist will not show a supplier legal name, website, exact address, named contact, direct contact channel, identifying quotation header, certificate number, logo or another identity-leaking detail.
Not every request will qualify. SIG does not guarantee a supplier, price, compliance, quality, acceptance or delivery outcome.
Route A — Supplier Access
US$149 one-time per selected supplier. Receive the legal company name, address/website, direct contact, complete available quotation, reviewed verification information, disclosed limitations and a concise handover.
If the disclosed contact is materially invalid or the supplier cannot fulfil the stated requirement at disclosure time, SIG will offer one replacement match or a refund. If you appoint SIG for Route B within 30 days, the US$149 is credited against the Route B fee.
Route B — End-to-end handling
Actual order value of US$10,000 or less: fixed US$300. Above US$10,000: 3% of the full actual order value. At exactly US$10,000, the fee is US$300. Once the order value is above US$10,000, 3% applies to the full value, not only the amount above the threshold.
“Actual order value” means the net merchandise value on the accepted supplier invoice, excluding freight, insurance, duties, taxes, bank charges and separately billed third-party services.
Possible Route B scope and separate costs
Route B may cover supplier communication, quotation normalization, negotiation, order coordination, production/document follow-up, inspection/logistics coordination and issue escalation.
Samples/couriers, tooling/product development, audits, inspections/testing, certification, freight/insurance, duties/taxes, travel, and exceptional multi-supplier or multi-SKU work are separate or separately quoted.
SIG’s fee is separate and transparent. SIG does not claim exclusivity, guaranteed savings, guaranteed verification, the lowest price, compliance approval or undisclosed supplier commissions. The initial form is a free qualification intake: no payment is collected, and you do not need to choose Route A or Route B before receiving an anonymous shortlist.
